What is Macrame Magic? Macrame is the art of knotting rope in detailed patterns to create elaborate designs. Making macrame can be a meditative process, an exercise in patience and passion that can be seen in the hundreds of knots required to create a macrame piece. In this workshop, participants will learn basic knots and walk away with a completed wall-hanging and the skills to continue their creative journey on their own.
Who can attend? This space has been reserved for queer and trans identifying graduate and medical students.
When to sign up? ASAP. Unfortunately due to space limitations, we are only able to enroll up to 20 people. You will receive a confirmation email if your spot has been confirmed. Waitlisted students will be notified via email up to 24 hours in advance if any spots become available.
Will there be food? Dinner will be served!
